I founded en:Rich in 2014 to deliver exceptional people strategies, cultivate strong organisational cultures, and build high levels of employee engagement.
I am proud to hold certified B Corp status and uphold high social and environmental performance standards. I am also a regular speaker at HR and engagement conferences.

As you might expect, the insight needed to lead a consultancy business like en:Rich comes from delivering people solutions and working with many inspiring leaders along the way.
This includes ten years with Virgin Mobile and, most recently, six years at sustainable energy provider Pure Planet where I was responsible for all aspects of Culture and People. The business grew from 3 to 200 employees and saw us ranked number 2 in the Sunday Times Top 100 Small Companies To Work For 2020.
Following Pure Planet I led the people function at broadband provider Community Fibre on an interim basis alongside en:Rich assignments.
