That’s where HR Coaching can help.
As a former HR Director in organisations including Virgin Mobile and sustainable energy provider Pure Planet, I’ve seen the impact good HR people can bring. And I’ve helped mentor and develop many along the way. I also know, from personal experience, that not every leader has the time to devote to developing their HR talent, no matter how much they might want to.
And this is why I get asked to help. In my experience, the desire to do well and the engagement with the values of the employer isn’t lacking. What can be missing is the awareness of how organisations work - along with a little self-confidence.
After a few coaching sessions the improvements can be transformational.


How it works

You know your business and your people best. I often start with a call to determine what you - and they need to breakthrough any barriers.

Every person and every scenario are different. Each coaching plan is tailored to what the employee needs and at a pace they are comfortable with.

They may need as little as a couple of sessions to work through a single issue that’s been holding them back. Or perhaps a series of sessions will achieve broader and longer term goals.
